Exceptional quality & service

I purchased my 1st Techstraw hat, a Scout, about 16yrs ago. Knowing nothing about the company or Techstraw, I purchased exclusively on the looks… it was a fine looking hat and I figured the wide brim would serve my needs in the sun. The hat’s form and function were beyond my expectations! It fit great, provided UV protection, held its shape thru all manner of mistreatment AND the Techstraw allowed me to wash it and keeping looking (and smelling) nice all those years… while still retaining its shape. Fast FWD 16yrs and time to retire the Scout. Straight to SF Hat Co I went to purchase another Scout; no sense in straying from a proven winner. But then I saw the Utah! Sold!! It fits great, looks great, and I expect the same long-lived durability. Thanks for a great product and exceptional customer service, SFH Co!
