Our Signature Slouch Fedora—an individually made, one-of-one interpretation of a shape with roots reaching back to the early 19th Century. Comfortable soft-brimmed Slouch hats were favored by California’s Gold Rush adventurers, and by the Jazz Age their relaxed form had become a stylish alternative to the stiffer fashions that came before. Our Signature edition carries that easygoing character forward in Polypropylene Braid in a color we call Denim—elevated with individually selected Vintage Tie trim in complementary Red, White, and Blue—and finishing that gives each hat a personality entirely its own. The softly shaped crown and relaxed brim preserve the informal character that has always defined the Slouch. Made and finished individually in our San Francisco Bay Area workshop. This exact combination was made once—when it’s gone, it’s gone.
